Response from Administration

I finally received a response in the form of a mailing from the administration office about the signing of another 12 month lease. Not only was the response slow, but it doesn't acknowledge any of my conserns. They offer only a $350 discount from one month's rent to sign a year lease. That would place the annual rent abou $500 more than the range of other apartment offerings in the area.
