Ugh!

I just hung up the phone after a conversation with a woman in the administrative office. She claims that they do not send out letters at the end of the lease as I had been informed by the Leasing Office. She will have someone from administration contact me for more information though.

Refrigerator Replaced

They did replace the refrigerator with another used refrigerator that works better. The replacement unit is dented however and paint appears to be flaking off. Also, the folks moving in the unit banged up the corner wall at the foyer. I'll try to get photos later.

No show.

Left a message since the refrigerator had not been replaced.

Partial resolution

When I arrive home, I found a note from the service department:
Your repairs were completes.
"Doorwall screen rollers. We will replace refer Monday. Please have top & sides cleared."

Three Things...

Placed call to leave a voice mail.
1) A new issue: The back door is not closing correctly all the time.
2) An update: The screen door is still broken.
3) Reminder: The refrigerator is still loud and waking us up at night.
